Child Day Care Facilities

Environmental Health Officers inspect child day care facilities at least once per year. During inspections, an assessment is made of the facility and operations with respect to compliance with the Child Day Care Standards Regulations and the Public Health Act.  Sanitary and safety conditions are checked. Inspection reports are provided to the operators and the Early Childhood Consultants.
